PALLADIUM ON CARBON

Product Usage : Palladium on carbon is used as a catalyst in reactions like hydrogenation of alkenes, alkynes, ketones, nitriles, imines, azides, nitro groups, benzenoid and heterocyclic aromatics; hydrogenolysis of cyclopropanes, benzyl derivatives, epoxides, hydrazines, and halides; dehydrogenate aromatics and deformylate aldehydes. It it is also employed as cost-effective electrocatalyst for the oxidation of methanol and as an anode catalyst for the fabrication of direct formic acid fuel cells (DFAFC).
