Product Usage : Gold hydroxide is used in medicine, decorating porcelains, gold plating, and daguerrotypes. Gold hydroxide deposited on suitable carriers is also a good catalyst. A variety of perfluoroaryls, N-heterocyclic and alkynyl compounds may be synthesized by reacting gold(III) hydroxide with C–H and N–H compounds and arylboronic acids.
